Shipping Locations
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post, directly from our studio.
Orders are packed and dispatched within 48 hours of placement
(excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping Options
At checkout, you can choose from:
– Standard Shipping $15 (Flat rate)
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
– Express Shipping $20 (Flat rate)
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
(next business day in most metro areas)
Order & Tracking Info
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please check your inbox (and junk/spam folder) for shipping updates.

Collection 01 Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes things might not work out the way you'd hoped, especially with online shopping.
We will accept your return from Collection 01 and provide you with either an exchange, a gift card to the value of you piece, or a refund, ensuring that the piece you are returning is in the same brand new condition that it was received, with all new tags and original packaging still withheld.
We do have different returns policies for our main Collection 01 and our Made to Order Collection. Please check each policy individually.
Made to Order Shipping
Our made to order collection of Suede pieces is on a different timeline expectation than our normal Collection 01. As outlined on our individual Suede Product Pages, these pieces are expected to be delivered within 8 weeks of ordering.
As soon as we send out your piece, you will receive a tracking number from us with those details.
We still send this collection through Australia Post.
Made to Order Returns Policy
Because of the special nature of this collection, we can offer you an exchange or gift card to the value of your piece, ensuring that the piece you are returning is in the same brand new condition that it was received, with all new tags and original packaging still withheld.
